Mark Hasebroock

EO Accelerator Chair

Founder & CEO, Dundee Venture Capita

Mark Hasebroock founded Dundee Venture Capital in 2010 to provide early-stage funding in the Midwest. Dundee manages over $100 million, investing in fifty early-stage tech companies. Hasebroock’s entrepreneurial background includes founding Giftcertificates.com and Hayneedle, which was acquired by Walmart. A University of Nebraska-Lincoln alumnus with an MBA from Creighton, he is Nebraska’s first Kauffman Fellow. He balances his professional life with his wife of 40 years, Jane, and their eight children.

Stephen Lichter, P.E.

EO Accelerator Co-Chair

CEO, EAD

Stephen Lichter, P.E., is a seasoned engineering leader and the Chief Executive Officer of EAD: Engineering, Controls, and Construction Management, a role he has held for over two decades since April 2001. With a passion for “Spreading hope around the world,” Stephen brings a wealth of experience in diverse engineering and management roles. Prior to leading EAD, he served as the Director of Engineering at Biovance Technologies, Inc. from 1997 to 2001, and as a Project Engineer at C.J. Schneider Engineering. His career began at Burns & McDonnell as a Mechanical Engineer in 1992. Stephen holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, where he completed his studies in 1991.

Travis Sholin, PhD, CFP

CEO, Keystone Financial Services

Travis Sholin is the CEO and Wealth Advisor at Keystone Financial, specializing in estate planning and intergenerational wealth for high-net-worth families and business owners. He holds a Ph.D., MBA, and Finance degree, and is a Certified Financial Planner™ with securities and life insurance licenses.

Travis integrates financial therapy into his practice and is active in the Omaha Business Ethics Alliance. A committed Rotarian and global volunteer, he advises the Healing Kadi Foundation in South Sudan and has served in Uganda. He enjoys traveling with his wife and three children and promoting financial literacy through speaking and education.

Jeff Barclay is the owner of Pillar Restaurant Group, a leading hospitality company based in Lincoln, Nebraska. He oversees a diverse portfolio that includes Venue Restaurant & Lounge, Piedmont Bistro by Venue, several Goodcents Deli Fresh Subs locations, and event venues like The Jasmine Room and The Scottish Rite Ballroom. Known for his strategic leadership and commitment to quality, Jeff has helped make Pillar a standard for exceptional dining and event experiences across Nebraska.
